We will have a homerun contest for kids and adults at 10 and at 11 we will honor long-time Bearcats Baseball Coach Bob Camp for his many years of service and continued dedication to our team. The ROAR of Brookland took home several pieces of hardware on Saturday at the Jonesboro Mid-South Marching Classic. We will continue our competition season on October 18 as we travel to Dyer, Tennessee for the Gibson County Invitational.

The Brookland Trap team is ready for signups for the 2025-26 trap shooting season. This sport is open to students in 6th-12th grade.
There will be a parent/student informational meeting in the high school cafeteria. All interested students MUST attend 1 meeting with a parent/guardian. There are 2 chances to attend: Tuesday, October 28th, 7pm or Thursday, October 30th, 7pm.

The 2025 BPS Title 1 Parent Information Meeting will be via Zoom tomorrow night(Monday) at 6pm. The University of Arkansas recruiter visited campus yesterday! 🎓 This year, Free Application Week runs from Monday, October 20 through Sunday, October 26, giving students an entire week to apply for free. Students who need help with their application can see Mrs. Clairday for assistance.

The Pre-Educator Pathway Internships officially kicked off this morning! Students arrived early and will spend one day each month shadowing their assigned mentor teachers through April 2026. These interns are exploring their interest in becoming future educators. Here’s a look at just a few of the students who began their internships today!
