Seniors! We are in the final stretch to graduation! Below are some quick changes we have made to the take up process. Remember: In order to receive your diploma after graduation, you must have turned in your Chromebook to IT and have no debts on the debt list. This year, instead of having a large take up event, Seniors have the option to turn their Chromebooks in to Chromebook Services any time between today and May 6th once they are done with them. Please set aside a time in your schedules to turn in your device and settle any debts owed. I will be in my office all day from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM to collect Chromebooks and clear acquired IT debts. Devices can be turned in at the Chromebook Services office in the Junior High following the awards assembly April 29th. Lines during this time will be students only (no parents) and they will begin outside of my office. Be aware, if you choose to turn in after awards, there will be a line and long wait times while we check everyone in. The deadline for debts and Chromebooks will be May 6th. If I do not have your device or I show you have IT debt, your name will be sent to the office and your diploma held until those things are taken care of. If you would like to go home after graduation with your diploma, take care of these things! Chromebooks and debts cannot be settled at graduation. Diplomas not given at graduation will be at the High School for pick up once everything is turned in/paid. If you have any questions, you can email me back or stop by my office.
