Christopher’s grandmother did a Zoom call with Mrs. Smith's classes today to talk about volcanoes. She lived in Washington State near Mount St Helens when it erupted in 1980!! She shared her first hand experiences and showed us ash left over from the eruption.

Samuel's mom and grandma suprised Mrs. Gillean's class today! They read a fun book and brought a Christmas treat!

Parents and Guardians,
We have a fun week ahead and want to make sure everyone is up to speed!
On Wednesday, 12/18, we will be doing a PJ day for the students...come cozy and comfy!
On Thursday, 12/19, students will be invited to wear "Christmas Festive" (dress up with Grinch attire, Ugly Christmas sweaters, Christmas attire, etc.)!
Our Christmas parties at BMS are going to all be taking place BEFORE 11AM on Thursday, 12/19, check the Rooms App or reach out to your student's homeroom teacher if you have any specific questions. Each grade level has a little different plan for the parties on the morning of the 19th, but we plan on having lots of fun and would love to have parents involved!
** Students WILL BE allowed to sign out after their parties if the parents/guardians choose to do so, an early checkout on party day will not count against a student's attendance!

Congrats to our 5th grade boys basketball red team making 1st place in the silver bracket at the GCT Invitational! Way to go!

Please remind your child to check out the Lost & Found tables by Friday! All items left after Friday will be donated.

Another congratulations to our 4th grade boys basketball black team for their 2nd place win in the GCT Invitational Tournament!
