School starts on Tuesday, January 6th. We are looking forward to seeing all of the students again. Teachers will have a professional development day on Monday the 5th. We are planning to have the best year yet! #bearcatproud

The Brookland Special Education office will hold a meeting to provide information and answer any questions of parents who live in the Brookland School District, are currently homeschooling, and have a child who has had an IEP in a public school setting. This meeting will be held on December 18th from 3:00-4:00 pm at 102 Smith St. Please contact Amy Caines at (870) 932-2080 ext 6556 for more information.
The students enjoyed their time granting Kenslie's wish! 💫 🐾 ❤️ Because of the fundraising efforts the past school year, BMS students were able to grant a wish through Make-A-Wish!

Tomorrow's Jr High Boys Soccer Tryout is canceled. You should receive a message from Coach Parsons tomorrow if you filled out the sign up form and turned in your contact info. Practices will resume after Christmas break.

Attention parents! We are celebrating a child's wish through Make-A-Wish next Wednesday, Dec. 17th. As part of our celebration, we are asking that students wear any Disney-themed attire on Wednesday!
Brookland Middle School, in conjuction with several of our other BPS buildings would like to show love and support for a neighboring district that is going through a tough time right now. Teachers and staff are invited to wear Black and Gold tomorrow, December 11th, in support of the Manila Lions and their family!

The Brookland Christmas parade is this Sunday at 2 pm. It is always a lot of fun! Come and enjoy!
All Christmas parties will be on December 18th!
4th grade will have the 2nd annual Jolly Jamboree from 9:00am-10:30 am.
5th grade's parties will be in their homeroom class from 8:00am-9:30am.
6th grade's parties will be in their homeroom class from 11:30am-1:00pm.
Parents are welcome to attend! Please park in either the front parking lot or the track parking lot. You are welcome to check out your child after their Christmas party.
