The 2026 BPS Title I Parent Meeting will be Tuesday, Oct. 20th at 5:30pm. This online meeting is an opportunity for parents to hear about federal funds received by the district and how those funds are utilized. This is also a time where parents can ask questions and provide feedback and input on how those funds are used. The link to this meeting will be sent out in a text message tomorrow before the meeting is scheduled to start.

At Monday night’s school board meeting, we had the honor of celebrating our dedicated administrators, principals, and school board members for some extraordinary milestones across Brookland Public Schools:
✨ An "A" Rating from the Arkansas Department of Education: Our district was recently awarded an "A" rating, scoring in the 96th percentile of all public and charter schools in Arkansas! This achievement reflects the vision of our school board, the unwavering leadership of our principals and administrators, unmatched community and family support, and most of all, the hard work of our educators and students.
🏅 #2 Athletic Program in Arkansas: We also recognized our Athletic Department for finishing #2 statewide in the MaxPreps Cup rankings! Huge congratulations to Athletic Director Bobby Gross, Assistant Athletic Director Mark Hindsley, our coaches, student-athletes, and supportive Bearcat families for making us one of the elite programs in the state.
While we take great pride in these milestones, we are far from finished!
Success isn't a finish line—it’s our baseline. We remain fully committed to growing, pushing boundaries, and delivering student outcomes that stand among the absolute best in Arkansas.
