Jr High Boys Soccer (6-9th grade and 2008 or more recent birthday) will have one last tryout day on Thursday from 4-5:30 at the stadium. If you have not already attended a tryout practice, you need to attend on Thursday or contact Coach Parsons at bparsons@bpsbearcats.com to let him know of your interest in playing.

Mark your calendars! 2022-23 BMS Cheer Tryouts for current 3rd-5th graders will be February 22nd-24th. Anyone trying out must attend these dates, all other clinic dates including FREE skills clinics dates are optional. Tryout packets will be available to pick up in Mrs. Akin's office starting on January 23rd and will be due back on February 16th. We will be hosting several OPTIONAL clinics in preparation for and leading up to tryouts. Information on those clinics and interest forms are going home with all 3rd-5th grade girls today. Interest forms for these optional clinics are due back by December 20th to guarantee a slot in these clinics. Forms for FREE Skills for current 4th-6th graders clinics went home a couple of weeks ago, and are due back prior to those clinic dates. Middle School Cheer is super excited to be hosting FREE Cheerleading Skills Clinics for girls in grades 4-6 who are interested in trying out for middle school/junior high cheerleading next year! Information sheets are going home with each girl in those grades today. If you would like for your child to participate please fill out the information sheet that went home, and send it back with your child. We cannot wait to work with all of your amazing girls!

The Annual Thankful Turkey fundraiser is back! Students can fill their bald turkey for $1 a feather. The turkey with the most feathers wins the coveted Thankful Turkey Trophy! All proceeds goes to the Angel Tree Program which provides gifts and food for Bearcat families! Begins Nov. 14th-Nov. 18th!
Smoothies will be coming to BMS Cafeteria! Students can choose this as their meal with a cheese stick and crackers or choose it as an a la carte item for $1. This will be served everyday this week and then Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after this week.
