Baseball - Senior Jack Henry Pettit started the season with a complete game shutout over GCT w/12 strikeouts. Freshman Jake Reece started his HS baseball career with a first at bat, first pitch 2-run homerun. It's going to be a good season, come out and support your Bearcats!
The game with Greene Co Tech has been made a home game and will be at 4 pm tomorrow.
Congratulations to Evie Ellis who placed 1st in Job Interview and Alexis Lammers who placed 5th in Health Care Administration at the District II FBLA Conference.
At around 9:30am, BPS was notified by the Brookland Police Department that they were conducting a search at a residence near the Jr/Sr. High School. For precautionary reasons, the school was placed on temporary lockdown. The lockdown was lifted at 10:00am without any incidents on school campus.
