Golf Team Information Meeting Announcement - 2025:
Any boy or girl currently in the 8th -11th grade interested in playing on the golf team next season will have a meeting on Tuesday, March 4th during 6th Period in the Cafeteria.

The Brookland School District will be closed tomorrow, Friday, February 21st. Many of our gravel roads are either covered or have areas that are and the morning wind chill is another deciding factor. Be safe and stay warm.

The All-State Band performances for this weekend have been canceled and the District Basketball Tournament games scheduled for tomorrow night have been pushed to Friday night. Thank you all for your understanding and support.

We are excited to kick off the American Heart Association’s American Heart Challenge event!
You will learn heart-healthy habits, like hydration, exercise, sleep, helping others, and
more while we work together to raise life-saving funds for people with special hearts.
You can even earn community service hours and scholarship opportunities are available as well. Below are some important dates. Thank you for your support!

Schools app, find our school, and sign up TODAY!
2. Important Dates:
★ American Heart Challenge Kick Off Date: 2/10/25
★ Kids Heart Challenge Finish Date: 2/28/25
★ Donations Due Date: 3/3/25
3. Be sure to complete the online steps and look at the free resources as well.
4. Inclement Weather? No problem! These can be done indoors!

to help you stay active with these activities from the AHA!
Here are some of our School's Goals:
Fundraise $1,000 for AHA (tell everyone you know)
At least 18 Student's Completing Finn's Missions (Completed missions = an entry in the NFL drawing for $10,000 gym makeover)
Complete the missions to help earn up to 10 hours of community service!
We need 100 students online! If you get half your enrollment registered (free to register) you get an extra $500 US Games certificates for PE equipment!
Any student or faculty/staff member who competes in Finn's Mission is entered into the NFL drawing for two Super Bowl tickets for next year!

Amelia Williams swam in the 4A-1A East Conference swim meet last night. She placed 1st in the 200 free, 2nd in the 400 free, and 2nd in a mixed relay with Westside and Pocahontas, and she made All-Conference for the 2024-2025 swim season.
