This past Friday, Special Olympics Basketball for Area 7 was hosted at Bearcat Arena. We had visitors on campus from Jonesboro schools, Nettleton, Westside, and Harrisburg. They participated, along with our Brookland students, in various skill drills during the competition. We also hosted several adult day programs in the afternoon for traditional basketball and skills. Athletes from Focus, Pathfinders, Jonesboro Human Development Center, Central Baptist, and several independent players participated. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event great!
