Graduation Information:
Graduates, band members, and choir members are to enter through the Lower Red Entrance.
General Public should enter through the Upper Red or Upper Yellow Entrance.
No one is allowed on the floor other than graduates and school faculty/staff. Family and friends cannot go onto the arena floor.
Doors will open at 5pm. Graduation starts at 7pm.
Flowers, gifts, or balloons will not be allowed inside the arena. Everyone will go through a security checkpoint with metal detectors per arena policy.

Brookland Preschool still has openings for children who will be 4 years old ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 1, 2022. Children who turn 4 after this date are considered 3 when they apply to our program.

Because of the forecast of severe weather, BPS will be dismissing at 1 pm today. Please stay safe.

Afternoon Cat Club services will be closed today due to the high threat of severe storms. All Cat Club students will need to be picked up in the regular car line today. Safety of our students and staff continues to be our top priority.
Just a reminder of the St. Bernard's Athletic Physicals this Sunday at FNB Arena.
Athletes can attend the physicals anytime between 11a to 3p.

Tonight the BPS Board recognized Riley Walker as the girls 1A-4A 800m indoor track state champion and also Aidan Moore as the 100m fly and 500m freestyle state champion.
The Board also recognized the Sr. High Cheerleaders for finishing in 3rd place in the Large Varsity Division 2 at the UCA Nationals.

Because of severe weather, BPS will run buses approximately 15 minutes late. That time could extend with the storm. Thank you for your patience in getting your children home safely today.
With impending severe weather this afternoon, BPS has student safety protocols in place for all campuses. If we are in our tornado safe spots, students will not be allowed to check out or leave the safe spot until the threat has passed.

Brookland Public Schools is still accepting School Choice Applications for the 2022-23 school year. The deadline to submit is May 1st. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received. The AR Dept of Education sets a limit on how many students we can take, so turn in your application soon!

At around 9:30am, BPS was notified by the Brookland Police Department that they were conducting a search at a residence near the Jr/Sr. High School. For precautionary reasons, the school was placed on temporary lockdown. The lockdown was lifted at 10:00am without any incidents on school campus.
