Please stop by the office to fill out a registration packet. You must have the following documents in order to register your students-
Required Documents: (Enrollment is NOT complete unless all documents are provided.)
Legal birth certificate
Social security card
Required Kindergarten vaccines or exemption letter
Proof of residency (utility bill or rental agreement)
Updated physical (must be dated July 2025 or later)
If you do not live in Brookland School District, you must visit Central Office to fill out and submit a School Choice Form.
