Join us for an informal, drop-in meeting to learn more about a proposed 3.95-mill increase aimed at funding district facility improvements.
Community members can view renderings, get details, and ask questions—including information on a potential state facilities funding portion.

📍 Location: Football Weight room which is on School Street immediately in front of Brookland High School

We are collecting money for Make a Wish this week! The top 20 students who raise the most money will be entered into a drawing to win an iPad! Please send cash or check with your student's name in their folder if you would like it to count towards the drawing. There will be volunteers from the high school with donation buckets at our car line if you would prefer to donate that way. Please note if you donate via the donation bucket we do not have a way of tracking student names for the iPad drawing. Thank you so much in advance for your generosity and support!

The Brookland School District will return to school tomorrow! Everyone take their time and be very cautious and patient in the morning. Parents, please use your best discretion regarding your child's safety while returning to school. If unsafe conditions should keep your child from school please let their building office know. We will be out again Monday for a snow day. Side roads and bus routes are still very slick and frozen. We would love to have school but just can't do it yet. Our first makeup day for all of this is Feb 16th. Friday the 13th, which is the day after parent teacher conferences will still be a scheduled day off. The Brookland School District had 2 days of inclement weather instructional hours that were built into the current 2025-2026 district calendar. Monday and Tuesday's snow days resulted in using those 2 days . Going forward each missed day will require the district to add additional instructional time through the scheduled snow days or to the end of the school year to ensure the students receive the minimum school days required from the state. We will let you know of any needed changes to the calendar. I know the teachers and staff are excited about seeing the kids again. I think we're all done with this! 🏀 IMPORTANT UPDATE: Homecoming Schedule Change

The safety of our student-athletes, families, and visiting guests is our top priority. Due to the threat of inclement weather forecasted for Friday, and in consultation with the Highland School District, we have mutually decided to move our Homecoming festivities and games up by one day. This ensures that the visiting teams can travel safely and that our fans can enjoy the celebration without the risk of dangerous road conditions.

Homecoming will now take place on Thursday, Jan. 22:
