Ms. Baker’s class received their September books today. A special thank you to BES PTO for our grant to purchase a book each month.
Ms. Baker’s class celebrated Dot Day by wearing dots, eating Dots and writing about how they can make their mark in our class, school, town or world.

Mrs. Camp’s class had their first mystery reader! They were so excited to see Josiah’s mom come read the book If You Give a Cat a Cupcake and then share a treat with the them. Thank you Mrs. Lisa!

Mrs. Son’s class celebrated filling up their Sweet Behavior Jar today. Each time the class as a whole is “caught” doing an outstanding job of following rules, being respectful, and working together to support one another in making positive behavior choices, a piece of candy is added to their jar. Each time the jar gets full, the students earn a special surprise. Today, they earned prizes and some extra free time to read and play spelling games. 🎉🎉🎉

Beginning Mon., Sept. 12th, in order for quarantine days to not count against the 6 allotted excused days per semester, a doctor’s note regarding a positive COVID test will be required. At home tests will count towards the 6 excused allowable days. Once the allowed excused days are used, all absences will require a doctor’s note.
