ALL of Brookland's 9 Odyssey of the Mind teams that competed received 1st place.
We are so proud of all the kiddos and coaches for all the hard work they have put in since August! We will compete at the State Tournament on March 7th. Only the teams that place 1st or 2nd will have the opportunity to go to the World Finals in Ames, IOWA at the end of May!

Our first make up day for snow will be February 16th. We will not be in school February 13th. The 13th was just a scheduled off day on the calendar. We will let you know the other snow days very soon.
💙🩵MAKE-A-WISH FUNDRAISER 🩵💙
Brookland Elementary is participating in a service project to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. This organization fulfills the wishes of children diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses. Kids are waiting for their wishes. We can help. Will you please donate to the fundraiser? Please send cash, change, or a check to Make-a-Wish in a ziplock bag with your child’s name, teacher, and the donation amount written on it.
💰💲Brookland Elementary will collect money from February 5 to February 12, 2026. 💲💰
The goal is $10,000. If we raise $10,000, the whole building will receive a surprise. The top 10 students who raise the most money will receive a medal and a certificate. 🏅
The top class in each grade that raises the most money will win a snack-and-drink party. 😊🎊🎉
