Mrs. Son’s class celebrated filling up their Sweet Behavior Jar today. Each time the class as a whole is “caught” doing an outstanding job of following rules, being respectful, and working together to support one another in making positive behavior choices, a piece of candy is added to their jar. Each time the jar gets full, the students earn a special surprise. Today, they earned prizes and some extra free time to read and play spelling games. 🎉🎉🎉

We studied the 5 Senses this week so we used our senses to see, hear, smell, touch, and taste the different kinds!
Mrs. Smith’s class had a very fun food day yesterday. We used our foods to talk about our 5 senses. We could hear and feel the sprite, hear the crunchy and puffy Cheetos as we bit into them, taste and smell sweet chocolate chip cookies, taste sweet and sour sour patch kids, smell, taste and hear popcorn, and our favorite we got to feel, taste, and hear pop rocks!
