Brookland Elementary School along with the Arkansas Health Department will be having a Flu immunization Clinic on Wednesday, 10/05/2022. Students will be bringing home a packet this week with important information to return in order to receive vaccination. In this packet are: a Brookland Public School Consent form, ADH information on the flu vaccination for parents and lastly an ADH consent form. IMPORTANT: the flu vaccination is not mandatory but only those students with both signed consents returned by Friday 09/30/2022 will be able to receive the flu vaccination on 10/5/2022.

Maci Forehand is Mrs. Despain's Kind Student of the Semester. She always has a smile on her face and is willing to help out whenever. She is a great friend to everyone!
Abbie Hagans was the first quarter recipient of the Kindness Award in Mrs. Son’s class. Abbie goes out of her way to show kindness to her peers and teachers. She helps classmates, shares supplies, and encourages others. She also notices when students need a friend on the playground and invites them to play. Mrs. Son’s class is grateful for Abbie and her acts of kindness.
