Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent Teacher conferences will be held Thursday, February 13. Please contact your teacher for available times. Due to this event, PM Cat Club will be closed on Thursday - 2/13/25 and both AM and PM Cat Club will be closed on Friday - 2/14/25. There will be no school on Friday. Happy Valentine's Day!

Tomorrow is National Wear Red Day. Please show your support by wearing red in honor of heart health month and for those who are living with or have lost because of heart disease. ❤️
Why do we wear red?
Heart disease is the leading cause of death in America AND is the number one killer of Women. In fact…about 1/3 women will die of a cardiac-related death. One. In. Three.
Did you know?
Heart attacks look different in men versus women, and women are less likely to receive bystander CPR than men. Raise awareness and save a life!

National School Counseling Week 2025 (#NSCW25) is Feb. 3-7, 2025. It focuses public attention on the unique contribution of school counselors within the school systems. This year's theme is: School Counseling: Helping Students Thrive. Mrs. Davis and Mrs. Ford are our wonderful 1st-3rd counselors. They handle our backpack food program, Angel Tree, Make A Wish, Great Kindness Challenge, WATCH Dogs, and so many other support programs with smiles and heartfelt attitudes. You are definitely the BESt at helping all of BES thrive! We are so grateful for your knowledge and thoughtfulness! ❤️🐾

We appreciate Jessica Lee from ADH coming to teach 2nd graders about the importance of proper handwashing. She used Glo Germ to help present this lesson and to test how well the students were washing their hands.
