August 3 is the opening of the candidate filing period, including write-in candidates, for school districts using a Fall election cycle. Candidates may submit their petitions, affidavits of eligibility and political practices pledges to the county clerk. The candidate filing period, including write-in candidates, closes at noon on August 10.
The Fall election will be held on November 8.
