After completing the form, please click on this link below, download, and print the registration packet.  If you prefer to pick up a packet in the Elementary Office, those will be available for your convenience.


Please drop off your completed registration packet in the Elementary Office (7:30 AM-3:30 PM) by March 15th.  If you prefer to email your child’s registration packet, please send the completed packet with all required documentation to

Car Line Policy

Effective for the current school year, car line traffic will be allowed on campus beginning at 2:45 PM. In the past our car line would begin lining up at the water tower. Since that is a city street, this will no longer be allowed. These changes are to ensure the safest possible environment for our students. Thank you for your cooperation!
